Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Own the annual price list, deal renewal, and service contract repricing cycle from a leadership standpoint — accountable for on-time delivery against the July–January roadmap

  • Present the monthly price performance review (PVM bridge, KPI dashboard) to regional and executive stakeholders

  • Serve as the second-level escalation point for DOA validation and market/margin pricing disputes that require judgment beyond routine cases

  • Own the functional requirements and prioritization for pricing tools built with IT/analytics (price list, deal/contract renewal, KPI monitoring, competitive analysis, business case generation)

  • Own the team's AI/automation vision — identify where manual work (reporting, price list build, deal renewal, escalation responses) can be automated, and prioritize this against the tool roadmap with IT/analytics

  • Manage, coach, and cross-train the team so coverage flexes between the annual cycle and daily escalation demand across the year

  • Maintain and enforce compliance with the Delegation of Authority (DOA) framework

  • Build relationships with regional commercial leaders, finance, product management, service operations, and demand planning to keep the pricing process anchored in real business input

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in pricing, commercial operations, or FP&A in a B2B environment

  • Experience managing or coordinating a small team

  • Strong Excel skills; working familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)

  • Comfortable using AI tools to support daily analysis and reporting

  • Fluent English; comfortable presenting to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or medical device industries

  • Exposure to Power BI or similar BI tools, and to working with IT/analytics teams on tool development

  • Experience identifying automation opportunities and working with technical teams to build AI-assisted tools or workflows

  • Experience with Delegation of Authority frameworks or similar governance structures

What we offer:

  • Private healthcare including dental care

  • Life and long-term disability insurance

  • Social benefits: Gym card (MULTISPORT), Christmas vouchers, vacation and childcare subsidies

  • Allowance for working from home,

  • Possibility to borrow a screen, a chair, and other IT devices from the office,

  • Tuition reimbursement,

  • Referral awards,

  • Internal career development opportunities in multiple business areas,

  • Modern office facility in Cracow including parking lot

  • … and up to 4 additional days of vacation
