About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Junior Photo Editor to join our team. The primary focus of this role is editing and retouching property photos to a professional standard, ensuring they are ready for marketing and publication. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, proficiency in photo editing tools, and the ability to deliver high-quality work quickly while managing multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Edit, retouch, and enhance property photos to meet professional marketing standards.

· Apply color correction, lighting adjustments, and composition improvements for optimal image quality.

· Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring timely delivery of final edited photos.

· Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to meet visual content requirements.

· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and tools for photo editing.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 1–2 years of experience in photo editing or a similar role.

· Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other photo editing tools.

· Strong portfolio showcasing property photo editing, retouching, or similar work.

· Solid understanding of color correction, composition, lighting, and image optimization for digital platforms.

· Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
