Kodland’e katılın — 5–17 yaş arası çocuklara online kodlama, matematik ve dijital beceri eğitimleri sunan global bir eğitim platformuyuz. 40 ülkede 30.000’den fazla öğrenciyle çalışıyor, çocukların geleceğin becerilerini erken yaşta kazanmasına destek oluyoruz.

STEM akreditasyonuna sahip eğitim yaklaşımımızla, öğrencilerin yalnızca konu öğrenmesini değil; problem çözme, mantıksal düşünme, analitik bakış açısı ve özgüven kazanmalarını hedefliyoruz.

Matematik Eğitmeni olarak göreviniz, Kodland tarafından sağlanan hazır ders materyalleriyle öğrencilerimize online grup dersleri vermek, matematiği anlaşılır ve keyifli hale getirmek ve öğrencilerin gelişimini düzenli şekilde takip etmek olacaktır.

Bu rolde sizden beklenenler:

• Kodland’ın sağladığı müfredat ve materyallerle online matematik dersleri yürütmek

• Öğrencilerin yaşına ve seviyesine uygun, sade ve anlaşılır açıklamalar yapmak

• Öğrencilerin matematiksel kavram yanılgılarını fark etmek ve doğru şekilde yönlendirmek

• Grup derslerinde öğrencilerin aktif katılımını desteklemek

• Ödevleri ve sınıf içi çalışmaları düzenli olarak takip etmek

• Ders sonrasında sınıf raporlarını doldurmak

• Takım lideri ve operasyon ekibiyle düzenli iletişimde kalmak

• Kalite ekibinden gelen geri bildirimlere açık olmak ve öğretim becerilerinizi geliştirmek

Dersler uzaktan yürütülür. Ders içerikleri, metodolojik materyaller ve onboarding sürecindeki yönlendirmeler Kodland tarafından sağlanır.
