Shoulder Innovations is a high growth, early-stage life sciences business that bringing innovation to the orthopedic industry, specifically in shoulder replacements. The Shoulder Innovations leadership team has more than a century of cumulative experience in orthopedics and has designed and developed a significant portion of the shoulder replacement implants on the market today. Shoulder Innovations has developed a disruptive shoulder replacement system, and we recently completed a successful IPO process.  We are now listed on the New York Stock Exchange (find us listed under SI).  We’re looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team and help us realize our goals!
