Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Denodo Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data virtualization solutions using Denodo. As a Denodo Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand business requirements, and implement efficient data integration solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of data virtualization concepts.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Virtualization Development:
   • Design, develop, and implement data virtualization solutions using Denodo.
   • Create and maintain data views, models, and data services to meet business requirements.
   • Optimize and tune Denodo configurations for optimal performance.
2. Integration and Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand and define data integration requirements.
   • Work closely with other development teams to integrate Denodo solutions with existing systems and applications.
3. Performance Optimization:
   • Monitor and analyze the performance of Denodo environments.
   • Identify and implement performance optimization techniques to ensure efficient data virtualization.
4. Documentation:
   • Create and maintain technical documentation for data virtualization solutions.
   • Document best practices and guidelines for Denodo development and usage.
5. Security and Compliance:
   • Implement and adhere to security standards for data virtualization.
   • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulations.
6. Troubleshooting and Support:
   • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Denodo-related issues.
   • Collaborate with the support team to resolve incidents and ensure system stability.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Denodo Developer or in a similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of data virtualization concepts and best practices.
4. Strong SQL and relational database skills.
5. Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Denodo environments.
6. Familiarity with data integration tools and methodologies.
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
9. Certification in Denodo is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with other data integration and ETL tools.
2. Knowledge of cloud platforms and integration with Denodo.
3. Familiarity with Big Data technologies.
4. Understanding of data governance principles.
