Job description

Why Ethicrithm?

Ethicrithm Inc. is a Palantir partner serving clients across North America. We specialize in integrating and structuring enterprise data, developing AI-driven solutions, and implementing intelligent operating systems with Palantir Foundry and AIP. We deliver secure, scalable, and impactful solutions that optimize business operations and drive measurable returns on investment, impact and results. We’re building a high-performance team of humble, helpful, and client-oriented teammates.

The Role

As a Deployment Strategist, you own the successful delivery and real-world impact of Palantir Foundry for our clients. Your role is to deeply understand clients’ most critical operational problems and translate those needs into workflows and capabilities that drive meaningful outcomes.

You work closely with client teams across the organization—from frontline operators to executive leaders—to understand how decisions are made, what the data reveals, and how Foundry can be applied to improve those decisions in practice. You guide deployments from early problem framing through execution, ensuring solutions are adopted, trusted, and impactful.

You excel in ambiguous, fastmoving environments, creating clarity by forming hypotheses, testing assumptions, and iterating quickly to move clients toward their highest value outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Scoping: Engage with stakeholders through workshops and interviews across the client’s business to deeply understand their business processes, friction points, strategic goals, and data landscape.
  • Solution Design: Develop capabilities that deliver impact in the client’s business by determining how Foundry can be implemented against business problems.
  • Deployment Governance: Oversee the governance framework for deployments, ensuring shared understanding of objectives, scope, timelines, and execution approach. Track progress, surface risks, and communicate value delivered throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Driving User Adoption: Drive user adoption through training, friction removal, and sustained partnership with end users.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with executives, operators, and technical leads; align teams on shared goals; and navigate competing priorities to keep delivery focused on outcomes.
  • Value Realization: Define and measure the impact of deployments and demonstrate the value delivered to clients.
  • Services Feedback: Surface insights from the field to provide tangible recommendations on Ethicrithm’s practices.
  • Field Engagement: Go onsite to meet with client operators, understand the critical questions they need to answer, and locate their highest-impact problems firsthand.
  • Data Identification: Identify the relevant datasets that matter most by deeply engaging with client workflows and understanding how data connects to the decisions clients are trying to improve.
  • Growth and Expansion: Scope out potential engagements in new industries and expanding geographies, helping to shape where Ethicrithm goes next.

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Technical Aptitude: A strong understanding of software and data concepts. You can write code that works, architect solutions, and solve technical problems alongside Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs).
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about client challenges and develop innovative solutions
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business principles and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Project Management: Proven project management skills, including experience developing and executing project plans
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and address potential roadblocks
  • Client-Facing Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Empathy and a desire to understand client needs
  • Ability to travel in Canada and the US (approx 5% travel) without the need for Visas or other documents requiring processing time

Preferred with flexibility for the exceptional candidates

    • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
    • Experience designing and delivering technical solutions
    • Deep experience working with data (analysis, modeling, data engineering)
    • Experience with Palantir Foundry / AIP
    • Experience with Python and/or TypeScript
