Job description

Why Ethicrithm?

Ethicrithm is a Palantir partner serving clients across North America. We specialize in integrating and structuring enterprise data, developing AI-driven solutions, and implementing intelligent operating systems with Palantir Foundry and AIP. We deliver secure, scalable, and impactful solutions that optimize business operations and drive measurable returns on investment, impact and results. We’re building a high-performance team of humble, helpful, and client-oriented teammates.

The Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) on Ethicrithm’s Delivery team, you solve mission-critical challenges for clients, by deploying the Palantir platform across multiple industries. This highly technical, client-facing role involves understanding user workflows, implementing data pipelines and building workflows and tools, and enabling clients to leverage data for better decision-making.  This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a passion for making a real-world impact. We are looking for exceptional candidates in Canada and the US.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with client teams, conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and present solution recommendations.
  • Build Operational Workflows: Deploy, configure, and customize Palantir Foundry/AIP using Python and TypeScript.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Understand the intersection of business and technical problems, analyze root causes, and develop creative technical solutions that power real operational outcomes for our clients.
  • Training & Enablement: Train end users on Palantir tools and develop documentation to support client success.
  • Project Delivery & Collaboration: Support planning, timelines, deliverables, and internal collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Energized by working directly with a client on site and remotely
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills that go beyond surface-level to dive into the details, all in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication that can adapt to client preferences and requirements
  • Strong understanding of data engineering principles
  • Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
  • Experience working with complex enterprise data
  • Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity while working on mission critical projects
  • Value collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning
  • Ability to travel in Canada and the US (approx 5% travel) without the need for Visas or other documents requiring processing time

Preferred with flexibility for the right fit

  • A post-secondary or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP
  • Experience delivering production ML and/or LLM-based solutions
  • Experience delivering production frontend applications in React
  • Experience with Spark, Polars, or distributed compute
