What to expect of your role:
Lead and scale user acquisition for an iGaming brand across LATAM (Argentina, Colombia, Chile,
Peru, Mexico). Build and manage a cross-channel acquisition team and agency/affiliate ecosystem,
own channel budgets, forecasting and media-mix allocation, and run continuous testing to optimise
performance. Set and track KPIs, drive cross-team collaboration and accountability, investigate and
resolve underperformance end-to-end, and focus relentlessly on funnel optimisation.
What you need to succeed in this role:
• 6+ years in performance marketing/acquisition with at least 3+ years leading teams in
iGaming, betting or adjacent verticals (fintech, gambling, sports media);
• Proven track record of scalable acquisition in LATAM, with demonstrable results in
Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru and Mexico. Provide metrics (e.g., CAC, ROAS,
deposit rates, LTV) from past campaigns;
• Deep expertise in paid media, programmatic, Google Ads, Meta Ads, native/social
channels, SEO, Social Media platforms, and affiliate marketing;
• Strong analytical skills: cohort analysis, LTV modeling, multi-touch attribution, BI
tooling (QS, Power BI) and advanced Excel;
• Experience managing big budgets and optimising for profit-driven KPIs;
• Leadership experience: hiring, structuring teams, performance management and cross-
functional collaboration;
• Familiarity with iGaming compliance, advertising restrictions, payment flows,
fraud/KYC and responsible gaming best practices in LATAM;
• Excellent Spanish (native or near-native) and fluent English. Portuguese proficiency is a
plus;
• Data-driven, hands-on and comfortable in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments.
You will be expected to:
• Define and execute LATAM acquisition strategy (paid, PPC/Google, social media, SEO,
affiliates);
• Build, hire and manage the acquisition team where needed (media buyers, PPC, SEO,
SMM, affiliates, analytics);
• Own channel budgets, bidding strategies, Forecasting and managing the media mix;
• Run a constant experimentation program: design, prioritise and execute A/B and
multivariate tests across creative, targeting, landing pages and offers; iterate rapidly based
on results;
• Drive accountability: require collaboration from Product/CRM/Legal/Finance/PSP/CS
and "documented" justification for underperformance;
• Set, track and deliver on KPIs;
• Investigate and resolve underperformance end-to-end (tracking, creatives, traffic quality,
payments, product, communication, etc.);
• Focus and optimize the funnel (traffic → registration → deposit → retention) and reduce
leakage;
• Manage agencies, affiliates and partners' contracts;
• Implement tracking/attribution and deliver regular performance reports and forecasts;
• Localise campaigns for Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru and Mexico; ensure regulatory compliance.
