Peru, Mexico). Build and manage a cross-channel acquisition team and agency/affiliate ecosystem,

own channel budgets, forecasting and media-mix allocation, and run continuous testing to optimise

performance. Set and track KPIs, drive cross-team collaboration and accountability, investigate and

resolve underperformance end-to-end, and focus relentlessly on funnel optimisation.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• 6+ years in performance marketing/acquisition with at least 3+ years leading teams in

iGaming, betting or adjacent verticals (fintech, gambling, sports media);

• Proven track record of scalable acquisition in LATAM, with demonstrable results in

Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru and Mexico. Provide metrics (e.g., CAC, ROAS,

deposit rates, LTV) from past campaigns;

• Deep expertise in paid media, programmatic, Google Ads, Meta Ads, native/social

channels, SEO, Social Media platforms, and affiliate marketing;

• Strong analytical skills: cohort analysis, LTV modeling, multi-touch attribution, BI

tooling (QS, Power BI) and advanced Excel;

• Experience managing big budgets and optimising for profit-driven KPIs;

• Leadership experience: hiring, structuring teams, performance management and cross-

functional collaboration;

• Familiarity with iGaming compliance, advertising restrictions, payment flows,

fraud/KYC and responsible gaming best practices in LATAM;

• Excellent Spanish (native or near-native) and fluent English. Portuguese proficiency is a

plus;

• Data-driven, hands-on and comfortable in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments.

You will be expected to:

• Define and execute LATAM acquisition strategy (paid, PPC/Google, social media, SEO,

affiliates);

• Build, hire and manage the acquisition team where needed (media buyers, PPC, SEO,

SMM, affiliates, analytics);

• Own channel budgets, bidding strategies, Forecasting and managing the media mix;

• Run a constant experimentation program: design, prioritise and execute A/B and

multivariate tests across creative, targeting, landing pages and offers; iterate rapidly based

on results;

• Drive accountability: require collaboration from Product/CRM/Legal/Finance/PSP/CS

and "documented" justification for underperformance;

• Set, track and deliver on KPIs;

• Investigate and resolve underperformance end-to-end (tracking, creatives, traffic quality,

payments, product, communication, etc.);

• Focus and optimize the funnel (traffic → registration → deposit → retention) and reduce

leakage;

• Manage agencies, affiliates and partners' contracts;

• Implement tracking/attribution and deliver regular performance reports and forecasts;
