Accountant – Lead, Innovate, and Elevate

What You’ll Do Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and analyze accurate, timely financial statements in full compliance with US GAAP.
  • Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring deadlines are met and numbers are right.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership based on financial data.


Process Management & Improvement

  • Identify gaps and improve accounting processes to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Leverage accounting software and ERP systems to streamline workflows and support automation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial regulations.


Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Assist with developing and managing budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor performance against budgets and provide data-driven recommendations.


Client Interaction & Partnership

  • Work directly with clients to manage financial operations, resolve complex issues, and deliver strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with the tax team to align financial reporting with tax planning strategies.


Team Leadership

  • Support, mentor, and guide junior accounting staff, setting clear expectations and helping them grow.
  • Lead by example, promoting collaboration, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred but not required).
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong exposure to financial reporting and compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in US GAAP, Excel, and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills—you can explain complex information clearly.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset—you don’t wait for problems; you prevent them.
