About the Role

As a Junior Group Travel Assistant, you will assist clients in organizing and managing their travel arrangements from start to finish, with a specific focus on group logistics. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring each groups itinerary is accurate, enjoyable, and tailored to their needs—whether for family reunions, corporate retreats, or special events. Youll work closely with both clients and travel partners to coordinate bookings, answer inquiries, and handle administrative tasks related to complex trip planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and specific group requirements.
  • Coordinate flight, accommodation, and transportation bookings for multiple travelers simultaneously.
  • Maintain accurate client profiles, itineraries, and payment details for all group members.
  • Support senior coordinators and travel consultants with group scheduling, rooming lists, and vendor logistics.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and assist with itinerary changes or issues for individual group members.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive client experience throughout the group travel process from initial booking to return.

Requirements
