As we grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Agent to support our operations by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all business-critical data.

Position Overview:

As a Data Entry Agent, you will play a key role in maintaining and updating digital records, ensuring that data is correctly processed and accessible for other teams. Youll work with a high degree of attention to detail, handle confidential information, and support daily operational workflows across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data accurately into internal systems and databases

  • Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency

  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

  • Review reports for errors and inconsistencies and make necessary corrections

  • Collaborate with other team members to support data-related tasks

  • Organize digital files and perform routine data audits

  • Respond to internal data requests in a timely manner

  • Assist in creating data summaries and reports as required
