Commercial Construction Group, LLC (CCG) is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering and managing data for our construction projects. This is a crucial role in our company as accurate data entry helps us to stay on track with our projects and ensure we stay within budgets and timelines. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to work independently, as well as be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Input data accurately and efficiently into our database system
• Ensure data is updated and maintained consistently across all projects
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date
• Manage and organize project files and paperwork
• Respond to project team member inquiries regarding data and provide support as needed
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of project information
