Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist Poland Market (Remote)
Remote (Poland preferred)
1522K RMB/month (flexible)

Were looking for a data-driven performance marketer to lead paid acquisition for loan-related products in the Polish market.

What Youll Do

  • Run & optimize campaigns across Google / Facebook / TikTok

  • Analyze performance data and drive ROI improvements

  • Build & manage local Polish media channels (BD + partnerships)

  • Maintain app store content & social media presence

  • Guide creative direction tailored to Polish users

  • Work closely with product, design, and data teams

What You Need

5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Must have Polish market experience
Strong analytical skills (Excel proficiency)
Fluent Polish; English preferred
Strong communicator, self-driven
Experience in consumer finance = big plus
Chinese language ability = bonus
