Position: HRIS (HR Information Systems) Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HRIS Specialist to join our team and support our growing client base.

Job Summary:

The HRIS Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our HR information systems to support the HR team and the overall organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data, implementing system upgrades and enhancements, and providing technical support to HR and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain HRIS systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data by conducting regular audits and data clean-up

- Partner with HR and other departments to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements

- Train and support HR and other departments on HRIS functionality and processes

- Develop and maintain HRIS policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance with relevant laws and regulations

- Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement system upgrades and new modules

- Generate reports and provide data analysis to support HR and business decisions

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HRIS technology and make recommendations for improvement and innovation

- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment

- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, with knowledge of HRIS modules such as payroll, benefits, performance management, and recruitment

- Experience with HRIS implementation and project management

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus
