Talent Sourcer Wealth & Financial Advisors

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer / Researcher to help us find and pre-qualify Wealth Advisors / Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) across North America for our client.

This is ongoing, long-term work. You must be organized, resourceful, and comfortable reaching out to senior professionals.

Position Details
Role: Talent Sourcer Wealth & Financial Advisors
Type: Contract
Schedule: Flexible, availability in US hours/EST time zome
Location: Remote

What You Will Do
Research and identify Wealth Advisors / RIAs in North America
Build targeted lists with accurate contact info (name, firm, email, phone, LinkedIn, location)
Send professional outreach messages (email / LinkedIn) using our templates and scripts
Sometimes conduct short qualifying calls using a question guide
Keep organized records in ATS

Ideal Candidate
Excellent English (written and spoken)
Experience in talent sourcing, recruitment research, or B2B lead generation
Very detail-oriented and strong with data tracking

Comfortable Using
LinkedIn and online research
Spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)
CRMs or tracking tools
Confident communicating with senior-level professionals (U.S./Canada)
Experience in financial services / banking / investments is a big plus, but not required if you are a fast learner

Compensation
