Are you a QuickBooks pro with a sharp eye for detail and a strong financial background?

Were on the hunt for a highly organized, bilingual QuickBooks Administrator based in Latin America to support our finance operations. If you're fluent in English and Spanish, love keeping things in order, and thrive in a remote environment this is for you.

What Youll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online.
  • Reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Handle invoicing, payments, and expense tracking.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Communicate with internal teams and vendors in both English and Spanish.
  • Assist with audits, budgeting, and ad hoc financial tasks as needed.

What Were Looking For:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online version preferred).
  • Strong financial or accounting background degree or proven work experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
