Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location: Orlando, Florida – This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll work closely with our litigation team in a collaborative office environment.

Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida and have at least 3 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting. This position is not open to remote, hybrid, relocation, in-house, or solo practice candidates.

Job Description

  • Represent plaintiffs in complex litigation, including consumer protection, privacy, insurance, and class action matters.
  • Manage cases from initial investigation through resolution.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
  • Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy.
  • Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
  • Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across the firm on high-profile litigation matters.
  • Help identify and develop new litigation opportunities when appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Active Florida Bar license required.
  • 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Experience managing litigation matters with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and case management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced litigation practice.
  • Class action, consumer protection, insurance litigation, or complex commercial litigation experience is a plus.
