Job description

Pay: $40-80/hr based on specialty. Schedule: Flexible. Employment type: 1099 contractor (W-2 placement available). Location: Telehealth and in-person across Atlanta, GA and surrounding region.

About the role

The Wilkinson Firm (TWF) places Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists into behavioral health, integrated care, and family services organizations across the Southeast. Build your caseload through TWF's network of CMHCs, FQHCs, and private practice clients.

Who we want

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT or equivalent state license) with at least 2 years post-licensure clinical experience. Couples and family systems training preferred. Comfortable with telehealth and in-person settings.

What you would do

  • Provide couples and family therapy per client engagement
  • Individual therapy as engagement type allows
  • Maintain clinical documentation per agency standard
  • Coordinate with treatment teams
  • Adhere to state licensure regs, HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality
