Position Overview

As a Vacation Planner, you'll collaborate with leisure and corporate clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets. You'll be responsible for building custom itineraries, managing bookings, and providing high-level service throughout the entire travel process.

Key Responsibilities
Create and coordinate customized travel itineraries based on client interests and goals
Book a wide range of travel services, including flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, tours, and event tickets
Provide clear and consistent communication to ensure a smooth, enjoyable planning process
Address client questions, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
Stay informed on travel trends, industry updates, and destination knowledge through ongoing training
Attend vendor webinars and collaborate with travel suppliers to enhance expertise

What Were Looking For
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Dependable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not required
Self-motivated with a genuine enthusiasm for travel
