Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets

• Design customized travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, cruises, and excursions

• Provide expert advice on destinations, packages, and travel experiences

• Manage all bookings and travel logistics to ensure smooth, stress-free journeys

• Stay informed on travel trends, deals, and industry updates to deliver the best options

• Offer proactive solutions for any issues that may arise before or during travel

Qualifications

• Strong communication and client service skills

• Passion for travel and helping others explore the world

• Highly organized with attention to detail

• Previous travel, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

• Must be 18+ with a computer/smartphone and reliable internet access
