What You’ll Do

Operational Excellence

• Manage day-to-day property operations across multiple locations in Europe
• Coordinate bookings, calendars, and guest communications seamlessly

• Maintain outstanding guest reviews and satisfaction metrics

Revenue & Market Optimization

• Implement dynamic pricing strategies to boost occupancy and revenue
• Track market trends and competitor activity to continuously improve performance
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and operational efficiency

Systems & Tools Mastery

• Leverage property management systems (PMS) and automation tools to streamline operations
• Keep calendars, bookings, and operational data fully updated and accurate
• Introduce tech-driven solutions for guest communication, reporting, and workflow management

Compliance & Best Practices

• Ensure full compliance with European rental regulations and local laws
• Apply industry best practices for operational efficiency and risk mitigation
• Maintain consistency and high standards across all properties

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing short-term rental properties in Europe or international markets
• Strong operational skills in pricing, bookings, and end-to-end guest management
• Tech-savvy with experience in property management software and automation tools
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
• Multilingual skills (French, German, Spanish, or English) are a plus
