Job Description

Ivy Bright is seeking a creative, dynamic, and passionate Social Media Manager to join our growing team. As our Social Media Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's presence across key platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Management: Craft, schedule, and post compelling content across our social media channels, including photos, reels, and stories. Ensure all content aligns with our brand's voice, mission, and engagement goals.
• Video Editing: Edit reels to make them punchy, entertaining, and aligned with the latest trends. Extract high-impact short clips from longer video content to maximize engagement and reach.
• Enhancements: Add attractive subtitles and watermarks to videos, ensuring our content is accessible, branded, and ready to share.
• Community Engagement: Actively engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers’ content. Foster a positive and interactive environment where our audience feels valued and heard.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media activities. Use insights to inform future content strategies and enhance audience engagement.

Requirements:

• Experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging content.
• Expertise in social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with an understanding of each platform's best practices, features, and trends.
• Skilled in video editing and graphic design, with proficiency in editing tools and software to create high-quality visual content.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging captions and messages that resonate with our audience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude towards engaging with the community and a genuine passion for building relationships online.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts (of any kind)
• English fluency
