  • Monitor scheduled and active rides to ensure timely pickup and completion
  • Actively support drivers during trips by resolving delays, routing issues, cancellations, and service disruptions
  • Identify issues quickly, take ownership of resolutions, and follow through to completion
  • Escalate issues appropriately and in a timely manner following established procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and updates to ensure continuity across shifts
  • Identify recurring operational issues and contribute suggestions for improvement
  • Maintain professionalism, focus, and consistency in a high-volume, fast-moving environment

  • Proven reliability, strong attendance, and ability to work scheduled shifts consistently
  • Availability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays (PST Hours)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks without error
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and effective under pressure
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a team
  • Medical terminology experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided

Why Join Onward?

  • Be part of a mission-driven company making healthcare transportation more humane and accessible
  • Work alongside a supportive, collaborative team that values curiosity and problem-solving
  • Opportunities to shape new processes and contribute to Onward’s growth
  • Remote-first culture with a strong focus on connection and belonging
