Job Title: Oracle ERP Technical Consultant 

Reports to: LATAM Vice President 

Work Location/Travel: Remote within Colombia or on-site at client locations. Occasional travel (up to 20%) may be required for client engagements. 

Job Summary:  

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Technical Consultant to join our growing team in Colombia. This role is primarily focused on delivering high-quality Oracle ERP technical solutions, with a strong emphasis on integrations, reporting, and system configuration/support. 

The ideal candidate has solid Oracle ERP technical expertise and can also help coordinate technical activities within project workstreams, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with delivery timelines. This is a hands-on technical role within a global delivery environment, supporting U.S.-based clients and complex Oracle ERP implementations. 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Serve as a technical contributor within Oracle ERP projects, supporting solution design and implementation activities.  

• Design and deliver Oracle ERP technical solutions, translating functional requirements into scalable technical outcomes aligned with best practices.  

• Support coordination of technical activities across ERP workstreams (integrations, reporting, data), ensuring visibility of progress and alignment with project timelines.  

• Track assigned technical tasks, help monitor progress, and escalate risks or blockers when needed.  

• Collaborate closely with project managers, functional leads, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.  

• Design, develop, and support Oracle ERP integrations, primarily using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and related Oracle integration tools.  

• Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient data flows between Oracle ERP and external systems, supporting testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization.  

• Lead and support Oracle ERP reporting activities using OTBI, BI Publisher, and related reporting tools. 

• Assist with data validation, extraction, reconciliation, and reporting accuracy across ERP modules.  

• Work across Oracle ERP Financials as the core focus area, with exposure to SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management) from a technical perspective as a plus.  

• Some exposure to Oracle HCM, mainly supporting workflow approvals and reporting when required.  

• Participate in client discussions, technical workshops, and solution walkthroughs, clearly communicating technical solutions and progress.  

• Support testing cycles, cutover activities, and production support.  

• Contribute to pre-sales and solutioning activities, including technical feasibility input and effort estimation.  

• Support continuous improvement of Oracle ERP technical standards, integration patterns, and delivery practices, and assist in mentoring junior team members when needed.

Work Environment: 

The role may be performed remotely or on-site at a client location, depending on project requirements. For remote work, employees are expected to maintain a professional and distraction-free workspace, including appropriate virtual backgrounds if needed. A reliable and high-speed internet connection is essential to ensure smooth communication and productivity. 

Physical Requirements: 

• Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer. 

• Bending, sitting, lifting, and/or driving. 

Required Education and Experience: 

• Strong experience as an Oracle ERP Technical Consultant.  

• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud.  

• Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and ERP integrations. 

• Solid understanding of Oracle ERP data structures and business processes.  

• Ability to support light coordination of technical activities within project environments.  

• Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).
