Typical Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Independently develop, review, and analyze CPM schedules using industry-standard techniques and software to deliver maximum value to clients and OCMI.
  • Prepare baseline schedules, updates, and time impact analyses across all phases of project development.
  • Apply knowledge of cost estimating, productivity, and resource loading to support schedule development.
  • Confidently present and explain schedules in meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Support additional scheduling-related duties and assist with business development efforts
