As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Operations Manager to join our Business Development team.

In this role, you will drive operational excellence by owning the continuous improvement of our Business Development platforms, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and introducing innovative tools and AI capabilities that accelerate sales growth and team productivity. You bring advanced analytical and negotiation skills, deep familiarity with sales operations principles and project management platforms, and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

In this role, the Business Development Operations Manager will support, enable and facilitate sales ops related activities, in close collaboration with the Biz-Dev/sales team and reporting to sales leadership. Responsibilities include:

• Own the continuous improvement and strategic evolution of Business Development platforms (CRM, Inventory Management System, project management tools, issue-tracking solutions)
• Identify operational bottlenecks, performance gaps, and propose data-driven enhancements including new features, automations, and AI-driven workflows
• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment between Inventory and issue-tracking platforms across commercial and technical teams
• Support the development and maintenance of customer-facing materials, presentations, proposals, RFP responses, and branding assets
• Provide training and support to sales team members on platform usage, new tools, and operational processes
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, tracking project progress, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely execution of strategic internal projects
• Evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and software solutions to improve productivity, data visibility, and business operations
• Champion AI and automation initiatives to streamline sales processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance deal management workflows
• Generate regular dashboards and reports on sales team productivity, deal velocity, pipeline health, and platform adoption metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience (5+ years may substitute for degree)
• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations and Project Management in B2B enterprise environments. Prior experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms, including custom configuration and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities 
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Experience with AI and data visualization tools - preferred
