SOLUTION ARCHITECT - SERVICENOW

This is a remote position.

The Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will lead solution architecture, guide implementation teams, ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality CRM and digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable ServiceNow solution architectures aligned with client business objectives.
  
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and ServiceNow Platform.
  
• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs and architecture documentation.
  
• Define system integrations using APIs and middleware solutions.
  
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and consultants.
  
• Review solution designs, configurations, and custom developments to ensure quality and scalability.
  
• Support project planning, estimation, risk identification, and technical decision-making.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and Project Managers.
  
• Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance frameworks.
  
• Participate in client workshops, architecture reviews, and solution demonstrations.
  

Required Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in enterprise technology consulting.
  
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture experience.
  
• Proven experience delivering enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
  
• Strong understanding of CRM transformation and business process automation.
  
• Experience designing API-led integrations with third-party enterprise systems.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
• Experience working in remote, distributed consulting teams.
