TECHNICAL LEAD

The Technical Lead will provide technical leadership for product development teams, ensuring scalable architecture, high-quality code, and successful product delivery. You will work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, UI/UX Designers, Engineers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into robust, secure, and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of digital products from concept to deployment.
  
• Define system architecture and engineering standards for scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
  
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for engineering teams.
  
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Drive API-first development and integration with third-party platforms and payment systems.
  
• Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.
  
• Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
  
• Oversee CI/CD processes, deployment strategies, and production readiness.
  
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure product quality and successful releases.
  
• Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical backlog prioritization.
  

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
  
• Proven experience leading cross-functional product development teams.
  
• Strong experience building scalable web, mobile, or fintech applications.
  
• Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience working in remote, distributed Agile teams.
