Job description

This is a remote position.

The Compliance Support Associate will assist the compliance team in maintaining regulatory standards, preparing documentation, supporting audits, and tracking compliance activities. This role is ideal for early-career professionals interested in compliance, regulatory affairs, and financial systems governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day compliance operations and documentation management.
  • Assist in monitoring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Help maintain compliance records, logs, and reporting documentation.
  • Support preparation for audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Assist in tracking compliance tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct basic research on regulatory updates and industry standards.
  • Support AML/KYC documentation review processes (under supervision).
  • Collaborate with Compliance Analysts and Risk teams on assigned tasks.
  • Assist in preparing compliance reports and summaries.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience (internships, academic projects, or exposure to compliance/risk functions included).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of compliance, risk, or regulatory concepts.
  • Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Documentation and record-keeping
  • Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory principles
  • Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC concepts (intro level)
  • Task tracking and workflow tools
