Job description

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for an Affiliate Coordinator to join our performance-focused agency and support the operational delivery and optimization of affiliate and partnership programs across a portfolio of clients.

This is a support-focused, hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep campaigns running smoothly, data accurate and programs continuously improving. You’ll work closely with the Affiliate & Partnership team to help optimize performance, maintain program hygiene and ensure best-practice operations across all affiliate activity.

The Role

You will support the operational delivery and optimization of affiliate programs, including:

Supporting the day-to-day operations of affiliate programs across platforms such as Commission Factory, Impact.com and Rakuten

Maintaining and updating partner listings, links, creatives and tracking across affiliate platforms

Supporting ongoing optimization of partner activity, commission structures and placements to improve performance and efficiency

Assisting with partner approvals, compliance checks and program hygiene

Supporting campaign set-ups, launch checks and post-campaign wrap-ups

Monitoring program activity and flagging opportunities, risks or anomalies to the wider team

Preparing operational and performance reports using affiliate platforms and analytics tools

Maintaining internal trackers, processes and workflows to support efficient program delivery

Supporting competitor and market research to inform optimization and program improvements

Working closely with affiliate managers and the wider performance team to support continuous improvement across programs



Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is:

Highly organised and comfortable working across multiple tasks and programs

Process-driven, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality control

Confident working with data, platforms and reporting tools

Curious about how performance, optimisation and partnerships drive growth

Comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced agency environment

Proactive in identifying issues and improvement opportunities

Skills & Experience

Previous experience using affiliate platforms (such as Commission Factory, Impact.com, Rakuten or similar) is highly advantageous, but not mandatory

Previous experience in an operations, digital marketing support, partnerships or performance marketing role is beneficial

Strong attention to detail and confidence working with links, data, reports and tracking

An interest in optimization, performance improvement and digital operations

Experience using Excel, Google Sheets and documentation tools

A marketing, business or related degree is beneficial, but not essential

This role is ideal for someone looking to build deep technical and operational expertise in affiliate and partnership marketing, with clear pathways to progress




Salary: AUD $1250
