iOS engineering lead / Senior

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional iOS development experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship role
  
• Expert-level knowledge of Swift and proficiency with UIKit and SwiftUI
  
• Strong experience building production-grade iOS applications
  
• Familiarity with Tuist (preferred) for managing modular iOS projects and boilerplate code
  
• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform for cross-platform development (nice to have)
  
• Solid understanding of iOS architecture patterns (MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture)
  
• Proven experience with networking, concurrency, and performance optimization
  
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile workflows
  
• Proficiency with Git and modern version control practices
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
  

• Lead the iOS engineering team, mentoring junior and senior engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and professional development
  
• Architect and design scalable iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit best practices
  
• Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and engineering best practices for the iOS platform
  
• Oversee the full development lifecycle—from conceptualization through deployment and maintenance
  
• Lead technical design reviews and system architecture discussions
  
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into robust mobile solutions
  
• Drive adoption of modern development tools and workflows, including Tuist for package management and boilerplate code generation
  
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scalability while maintaining high standards for code quality
  
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and building a high-performance iOS engineering culture
  
• Explore and evaluate emerging iOS technologies and frameworks
