Sr. Tax Manager or Tax Director (US Only)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, global technology company that is transforming how consumer brands bring products to market. Their AI-driven platforms are widely used across fashion, consumer goods, retail, and manufacturing to streamline operations, optimize margins, and accelerate growth.

The company is building out its tax leadership function with a newly created Tax Director (or Senior Manager, depending on experience) role. This is a highly visible position, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Tax & Treasury, and will have at least one direct report either immediately or shortly after joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of quarterly and annual global tax provisions under IFRS.
  
• Manage quarterly tax reconciliations, transfer pricing policies, and foreign tax returns.
  
• Support US and international tax compliance, reporting, and planning.
  
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and Legal on tax strategy.
  
• Contribute to building scalable tax processes, controls, and long-range tax roadmaps.
  
• Provide support for audits and tax documentation requests.
  

Requirements

Ideal Profile

• Strong hands-on tax professional with expertise in provisions, transfer pricing, and international tax.
  
• Experience managing tax complexities for multinational companies.
  
• IFRS knowledge is important; CPA or equivalent a plus (but not required).
  
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive process improvements.
  
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

• Base Salary: $160K – $200K
  
• Bonus: 10–15%
  
• Equity: Meaningful upside
  
• Location: Fully Remote (US-based) with the option to work from the Bay Area office if preferred
