Polyglot Developer

This is a remote position.

Our dynamic team is seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong command of SOLID principles and a background in developing distributed, Event Driven applications. The ideal candidate is a skilled programmer in Golang and Python, comfortable working across the full stack — from React front ends to MongoDB data stores and large-scale data processing with Apache Spark, all deployed on Microsoft Azure. This role contributes to our cloud-native microservices development and serverless programming initiatives while adhering to the highest standards of software engineering practice. Generative AI and healthcare industry experience are both a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

• Application Design and Development:
  
• Develop scalable distributed and Event Driven applications in Golang and Python.
  
• Build and maintain cloud-native microservices and serverless solutions on Microsoft Azure.
  
• Build responsive, performant front ends using React.
  
• Programming and Database Expertise:
  
• Develop backend services and applications using Golang and Python.
  
• Utilize MongoDB for optimal data storage and retrieval.
  
• Work with Apache Spark for large-scale data processing, analytics, and AI/ML workloads.
  
• Engineering Best Practices:
  
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines, log aggregation, monitoring, and alerting systems.
  
• Ensure high levels of security, automation, and observability in applications.
  
• Agile Development Framework:
  
• Operate within Agile methodologies, focusing on continuous delivery and iterative improvement.
  
• Promote Test-Driven Development to ensure quality and reliability.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles.
  
• Proficiency in Golang and Python.
  
• Front-end development experience with React.
  
• Experience with MongoDB.
  
• Experience with Apache Spark for data processing and analytics.
  
• Experience deploying and managing applications on Microsoft Azure.
  
• Some experience in product development, contributing to features through the full lifecycle from concept to release.
  
• Experience in cloud-native microservices development.
  
• Solid grasp of software engineering practices, including CI/CD and Agile methodologies.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilities.
  

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience building or integrating Generative AI / LLM-based solutions.
  
• Healthcare industry experience.
