Job Summary
The Client Associate serves as the first point of contact between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring smooth scheduling, patient communication, and administrative support. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent patient experiences.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls from patients regarding appointments, follow-ups, or inquiries.

  • Schedule and reschedule patient appointments accurately, ensuring efficient calendar management.

  • Assist with patient registration and update patient information in the EHR/CRM system.

  • Verify insurance coverage and eligibility as required.

  • Provide general administrative support, including email correspondence and document management.

  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient experience.

  • Escalate complex patient or client issues to the appropriate team member.

  • Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.

    • Previous experience in healthcare administration, patient scheduling, or customer service preferred.

    • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., EPIC, Athena, OncoEMR) and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Professional and courteous demeanor.

    • Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy standards.
