JO-202532: SEO Specialist

This is a remote position.

• We are looking for a mid-level SEO Specialist to support our digital marketing efforts by improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, and enhancing overall search performance. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, technical SEO, and performance analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a data-driven mindset. 
  

• Key Responsibilities 
  

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend assessments to identify opportunities for organic growth. 
  
• Implement on-page SEO best practices, including content optimization, internal linking, and metadata enhancements. 
  
• Manage off-page SEO activities such as link-building, outreach, and identifying high-quality backlink opportunities. 
  
• Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve issues related to site speed, crawlability, indexing, and site structure. 
  
• Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other platforms. 
  
• Optimize existing content and support the development team and content team in creating SEO-friendly assets. 
  
• Stay updated with algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry best practices to maintain competitive search performance. 
  

• Identify areas for improvement and recommend initiatives to enhance rankings, traffic, and user engagement.  
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or in-house digital marketing environment. 
  
• Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles. 
  
• Experience using key SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush). 
  
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow). 
  
• Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. 
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fully remote environment. 
  

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
