AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES 

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Assist with network and server maintenance, monitoring, and development.
  

• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.
  

• Organize and maintain IT resources
  

• Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs.
  

• Maintain inventory records and documentation for equipment.
  

• Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management.
  

• Setup & configuration of software packages & new computers.
  

• Assisting staff with utilization of various office technologies.
  

• Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software.
  

• Identify and report system issues to vendors. Monitor and test resolution of those issues sent to vendors.
  

*May be required to perform additional responsibilities and projects upon request.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors/ Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
  

• Software and Applications Proficiency:

• Have understanding of both Windows and MacOS systems.
  

• MS Office
  

• Ability to learn new applications and softwares quickly.
  

• Qualities & Capabilities:

• Tech Savvy.
  

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  

• Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
