ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Transcription Intern. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in transcribing audio recordings into written text, contributing to various projects across different industries. 

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES*

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Transcription:
  

1. Transcribe audio recordings accurately and efficiently into written text.
   
2. Adhere to transcription guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and quality.
   

• Editing & Proofreading:
  

1. Proofread and edit transcripts for errors, clarity, and formatting.
   

• Collaboration:
  

1. Collaborate with team members to project deadlines and requirements.
   
2. Communicate effectively with supervisors to clarify instructions and provide progress updates.
   

• Confidentiality:
  

1. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
   

• Tools & Software:
  

1. Learn and utilize transcription software and tools effectively to enhance productivity.
