We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Excel expert who is able to demonstrate advanced skills in data analysis, report generation, and developing custom solutions using Excel macros and VBA programming. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in creating complex spreadsheets and databases, designing informative charts and graphs, developing automations and templates, working with Power Query and PivotTables, and maintaining data accuracy and integrity. The incumbent will work closely with various teams to build effective tools, models, and dashboards to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide expert-level support for Microsoft Excel users across the organization.
  
• Optimize and automate Excel-based reporting solutions, Performance Monitoring, fine-tuning and optimization of dashboards and KPI.
  
• Design and develop complex Excel formulas and macros. Build and design intuitive and interactive reports.
  
• Build robust databases and models for storing and processing data
  
• Efficiently carry out data preparation/data modelling necessary for the visualization purposes.
  
• Analyze data and prepare summary reports using charts, graphs, and pivot tables
  
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve errors in Excel spreadsheets
  
• Create custom templates and presentations for internal and external clients
  
• Train users on advanced Excel functionality and serve as a resource for Excel-related questions
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
  
• Stay current with Excel changes, updates, and best practices

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with Microsoft Excel in a professional capacity
  
• Advanced knowledge of Excel functions, macros, VBA programming, PivotTables, and Power Query
  
• Ability to design and develop robust database solutions in Excel
  
• Experience with data analysis and visualization
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  
• Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of cross-functional teams
  
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Any field, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred
