The Product Operations team collaborates with the Cloud Technology Group to support product development and deliver solutions aligned with customer needs. Data-driven insights guide decisions, while cross-functional processes ensure alignment across teams. Customer perspectives are integrated into every aspect of work to enhance outcomes and maintain focus on delivering value.

This role partners with Product and Program Management to establish and sustain processes ensuring consistent execution of product strategy. Responsibilities include advancing operational excellence through reporting, strategy reviews, roadmaps, and key internal processes. Collaboration with diverse stakeholders is essential for streamlined information sharing and timely delivery of outcomes across the organization.

As a Senior Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Serving as a trusted advisor and business partner to cross-functional CTG leadership including Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc.
• Maintaining the rhythm of the business through the development and execution of integrated processes
• Leading expectations for quality of internal and external outputs across CTG through development and documentation of Standard & Practices.
• Driving consistency in business reviews by establishing best practices for managing, maintaining, and reviewing key performance indicators with business leaders.
• Communicating changes and driving adoption to need standards of working to drive the business forward.
• Optimizing processes continuously to effectively support decision-making on a large scale.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have relevant experience in Strategy or Product related role and a Bachelor's degree
• Have experience successfully building processes and driving operational standards for a cross-functional organization
• Have understanding of cloud, data center concepts, content distribution (CDN) and related technology to help translate technical requirements into business outcomes.
• Have experience presenting to and working with teams and leadership at all levels of an organization
• Have experience with data visualization and analysis tools, operating systems with limited supervision, building rudimentary dashboards, and developing KPIs
