About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) FP&A team, reporting to the Senior Manager, GTM FP&A. In this role, you will serve as a trusted finance partner to key commercial leaders across our GTM organization, supporting strategic planning, forecasting, performance management, and investment decisions that drive growth.

As part of a high-visibility team, you will collaborate closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other cross-functional partners to deliver insights that improve business performance and resource allocation. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys combining analytical rigor with business partnership to influence decision-making in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with GTM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial insights, decision support, and strategic recommendations.
  • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes for GTM investments, including operating expenses, headcount, and growth initiatives.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance driver-based financial models that support forecasting, investment planning, and business performance analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze key GTM performance metrics, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends to help leaders make informed decisions.
  • Lead month-end close activities, including accruals, variance analysis, reporting, and business reviews.
  • Perform scenario modeling and ad hoc analyses to evaluate business initiatives, resource allocation decisions, and growth strategies.
  • Develop executive-ready dashboards, presentations, and reporting packages for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and reporting enhancements that increase efficiency and scalability across FP&A.

What We'll Want You to Have

  • 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience, preferably within a SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience supporting commercial, go-to-market, sales, marketing, or other customer-facing organizations.
  • Strong understanding of business performance metrics such as pipeline, bookings, revenue, ROI, customer acquisition costs, productivity, conversion rates, or related GTM measures.
  • Experience with business intelligence, planning, and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Workday, Oracle Hyperion/EPM, Power BI, Qlik, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions through data-driven analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
