About SINGU
At SINGU, we’re redefining how the world’s most ambitious real estate companies run their operations. Our mission is to become Europe’s leading platform for managing warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site commercial real estate portfolios — empowering our Clients to protect revenue, boost efficiency, and unlock new value across every aspect of their business.
Our unified CAFM platform already powers the daily operations of over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide, supporting more than 500,000 professionals. Following our union with the UK’s Micad and Germany’s net-haus, we now help manage 100,000+ buildings across 35+ countries — and we’re just getting started.
Backed by a leading growth equity investor, we’re scaling rapidly and partnering with global leaders such as Prologis, ECE, CTP, Hillwood, Logicor, GLP, and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. As we continue to grow through strategic acquisitions and bold innovation, we stay true to our core values: adaptability, collaboration, and client focus.
If you’re ready to help build Europe’s leading platform for property operations — and make a tangible impact on how the real estate industry works — join SINGU and be part of this transformation.
Singu is building a leading international property operations software platform. Today we support more than 250 million square metres of property, retain over 99% of our customers, and serve a growing base of real estate and facilities-management organisations across Europe.
Our customers include seven of Europe’s ten largest logistics platforms, the five leading global commercial real estate advisers and 17 of Europe’s top 20 facilities management providers.
Backed by K1 Investment Management, Singu is profitable and achieving double-digit year-on-year growth. Our customers use our platform to manage and optimise critical areas of their estates, including facilities management, maintenance, assets, compliance, suppliers and operational performance.
We are now looking for an exceptional enterprise SaaS leader to take commercial ownership of a select portfolio of our most strategically important global customers.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional account management role. It is a senior, quota-carrying position with a mandate to create and close significant multi-country expansion opportunities, deepen executive relationships and build long-term enterprise partnerships.
You will own commercial strategy, executive engagement and ARR growth across a defined portfolio of named enterprise customers.
Customer Success will lead adoption, value realisation and customer health. Together, you will operate through one integrated global account plan for each customer, with clear ownership of commercial growth and customer outcomes.
Working directly with the CRO, CEO and regional leadership teams, you will help define how Singu develops its largest international customers and shape the operating model for global strategic accounts as the company scales.
The global accounts function is newly formed. You will therefore have the opportunity to build the motion with strong executive sponsorship and established support from Customer Success, Presales, Product, Marketing and BDR resources.
What You Will Own
Global Account Growth
Take full commercial ownership of a select portfolio of named global strategic accounts.
Deliver significant expansion ARR through country, portfolio, product and use-case growth.
Create, shape and close complex, multi-year and multi-country enterprise opportunities.
Build a clear understanding of each customer’s global estate, strategic priorities, decision-making structure and commercial potential.
Protect the long-term commercial value of each relationship, working closely with Customer Success to maintain strong retention and customer health.
Executive Customer Leadership
Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, senior business sponsors and global decision-makers.
Develop a clear executive engagement strategy for each account.
Lead strategic customer conversations around property operations, workplace performance, digital transformation, risk and portfolio optimisation.
Create alignment between customer leadership and Singu’s CEO, CRO and wider executive team.
Lead complex commercial negotiations and enterprise agreement discussions.
Strategic Expansion
Develop and execute multi-year global account plans with clearly sequenced growth priorities.
Identify whitespace across countries, business units, property portfolios, operating models and Singu solutions.
Turn customer priorities and demonstrated value into compelling expansion propositions.
Navigate complex international buying groups and create alignment across global and local stakeholders.
Set the global account strategy while partnering with in-country sales leaders on local opportunity execution.
Mobilise Presales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing and executive sponsorship around the highest-value opportunities.
Commercial Leadership and Governance
Maintain an accurate and actionable view of account potential, pipeline, risks and forecast.
Establish clear deal strategies, qualification standards and mutual action plans for major opportunities.
Lead global QBRs, executive steering committees and strategic planning sessions where they advance the customer relationship.
Provide the executive team with clear visibility of account performance, growth potential and required interventions.
Improve the repeatability of Singu’s global strategic-account approach and contribute to the development of the wider function.
Measures of Success
Expansion ARR delivered across the strategic-account portfolio
Number and value of multi-country expansions closed
Growth in qualified strategic-account pipeline
Net Revenue Retention across named accounts
Forecast accuracy and deal progression
Strength and breadth of executive customer sponsorship
What We’re Looking For
You will have a demonstrable track record of growing complex enterprise customers and closing significant, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
In particular, you will bring:
A strong record of winning high-value, multi-year enterprise agreements or expansions, including seven-figure opportunities.
Experience managing complex international or multi-country accounts.
The ability to build credibility with CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Heads of Real Estate, workplace leaders and digital transformation sponsors.
Strong commercial judgement, negotiation capability and forecasting discipline.
Experience developing strategic account plans that translate customer priorities into substantial revenue growth.
The ability to lead through influence across regional teams and matrixed organisations.
The confidence to operate independently while engaging senior internal sponsors at the moments that matter.
A highly structured, outcome-oriented and collaborative working style.
Experience in CAFM, facilities management, PropTech, workplace technology, real-estate software or an adjacent enterprise-software category would be advantageous but is not essential.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a small number of Singu’s most strategically important global customers and turn them into significant, long-term international partnerships.
You will operate with direct access to the CRO, CEO and senior leadership team, with the visibility, sponsorship and influence needed to shape and close complex, high-value expansion opportunities across countries and portfolios.
The role offers both immediate commercial responsibility and the opportunity to build. You will help define how Singu approaches global strategic accounts, establish the operating model, create repeatable expansion plays and shape a capability that will become increasingly important as the company scales.
For an exceptional enterprise seller, this is the chance to:
Own relationships that can materially influence Singu’s growth.
Lead seven-figure, multi-country commercial opportunities.
Work closely with senior executives on the company’s highest-priority accounts.
Create a visible track record of commercial impact with the potential to grow into broader leadership as the function develops.
This is a role for someone who wants more than a number to carry. It is an opportunity to shape a critical part of Singu’s next phase of growth.
If this role sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you. Apply and help us build technology that supports critical operations every day.
After you apply, unlock the direct contact details of the people who actually make the call. A quick follow-up makes you 5x more likely to land an interview.
