Job description

Summary

We are seeking a senior Sr. Dynamics 365 Engineer to design and deliver full‑stack solutions that extend and integrate Dynamics 365 (CE and/or F&O) with the Power Platform. This role focuses on building secure, scalable applications and automation across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Azure services, with strong emphasis on CI/CD and ALM.

This is an opportunity to work on agentic AI workflows and modern integration patterns using Azure OpenAI, Data Factory, Logic Apps, and related services while contributing reusable components and connectors across the Power Platform ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build full‑stack applications that integrate with Dynamics 365 (CE and/or F&O) and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Develop and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD workflows supporting Dynamics and Power Platform deployments.
  • Extend Dynamics 365 functionality with custom development using TypeScript, JavaScript, and C# as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement agentic AI workflows using Azure OpenAI, Data Factory, and Logic Apps.
  • Implement secure, scalable backend services using Azure App Services, Functions, Key Vault, and Cosmos DB.
  • Integrate and automate data and workflows using Dataverse, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Databricks where applicable.
  • Build reusable components, custom connectors, and solution packages across the Power Platform.
  • Ensure best practices for coding, security, and application lifecycle management (ALM) are followed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full‑stack development, including front‑end (React/Angular/TypeScript) and back‑end (.NET/C# ).
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
  • Hands‑on experience developing and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD.
  • Solid understanding of Dataverse, custom connectors, and solution packaging.
  • Experience building enterprise‑grade CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
  • Comfortable working with REST APIs, integration tools, and middleware such as Logic Apps and Service Bus.
  • Experience working with Azure services including App Services, Functions, Key Vault, and Cosmos DB.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Azure Databricks, Data Factory, or Synapse Analytics.
  • Previous exposure to Microsoft Fabric or other enterprise data platforms.
  • Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks like Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or AutoGen.
  • Familiarity with Azure AI Services, OpenAI on Azure, and prompt engineering.

    • Time Zone: 10:30 - 18:30 EST
    • Holiday Calendar: Local Holidays
    • Equipment: BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)\
    • Overtime Required: On-call –Expected frequency: 1 week every 6
