We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP BusinessObjects Developer with strong hands-on experience in SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence (WebI) to design, develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise BI and reporting solutions. This role requires solid expertise in Web Intelligence report development, universe design, SQL, data analysis, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and other BI professionals to translate reporting requirements into scalable, reliable, and high-performing BusinessObjects solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain complex SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence (WebI) reports and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Build and optimize queries, calculations, variables, filters, prompts, and report-level logic within Web Intelligence.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance SAP BusinessObjects Universes and semantic layers.
• Translate business and reporting requirements into effective BI solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot report, query, data, and performance issues.
• Optimize Web Intelligence reports and underlying queries for performance and scalability.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support reporting and data validation.
• Work with relational databases, data warehouses, and multiple enterprise data sources.
• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency across reports.
• Support enhancements, maintenance, and troubleshooting of existing SAP BusinessObjects solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, Data Engineers, Architects, and other technical stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
• Follow BI development standards, documentation practices, and deployment processes.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working with SAP BusinessObjects / Business Intelligence solutions.
• Strong hands-on expertise with SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence (WebI).
• Proven experience developing complex enterprise reports, queries, calculations, variables, prompts, filters, and report logic.
• Experience working with SAP BusinessObjects Universes and semantic layers.
• Experience with Information Design Tool (IDT) and/or Universe Design Tool (UDT).
• Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of relational databases.
• Experience working with data warehousing concepts and dimensional data models.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions.
• Experience working in enterprise BI environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.x / 4.3 environments.
• Experience with UNX and/or UNV Universes.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration concepts.
• Experience with other BI and reporting tools, such as Crystal Reports, Power BI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy.
