Based in any U.S. office, the Conflicts Attorney will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of conflicts clearance for new clients, new matters, and lateral candidates. The Conflicts Attorney is responsible for daily review and analysis of conflicts and other issues related to firm acceptance of new clients, new matters and lateral attorneys, and will interface with the Firm's partners regarding approval of new matter and lateral attorney hiring requests. The Conflicts Attorney will handle additional assignments from the Firm's General Counsel and Legal Operations team, as needed.
This role reports to the Director, Conflicts Attorneys & Assistant General Counsel and will work closely with the Firmβs Office of General Counsel, Chief Legal Operations Officer, Director of Conflicts & Information Governance, and partners throughout the Firm.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual compensation range for this position is $220,000 - $240,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
