About the Role

Their advanced AI tools, telehealth platform, and provider collaboration streamline care delivery, ensuring mothers receive high-quality, personalized care while connecting them to resources and actively addressing healthcare disparities.

You'll build and ship a cross-platform app from the ground up, then work across the stack — interface, APIs, services, data — to keep pushing it forward. You won't be handed a spec and a lane; you'll be handed a mission and the room to figure out how to hit it, moving between mobile and backend as the problem demands.

This role is for someone with a startup mentality — someone who will do whatever it takes to exceed the roadmap, not just meet it. It's a high-pace, high-ownership environment. Responsibilities

• Build and own the company's mobile app (iOS and Android), from UI to release
• Work full-stack in their Angular / NestJS / Postgres stack, plus the mobile layer on top
• Craft smooth, accessible, trustworthy UX for a sensitive, emotional use case
• Build real-time chat and conversational (and potentially voice) experiences
• Ship fast, iterate on real user feedback, and help set mobile engineering standards
• Build responsibly with sensitive health data (HIPAA-aware)

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Angular, NestJS, and Postgres (or the proven ability to ramp into them quickly). Whatever your specialty, you'll do regular full-stack work in this stack, not only your focus area
• Strong mobile experience — React Native (or native iOS/Android) — with apps shipped in production
• Comfortable owning both the mobile app and the backend and APIs behind it (REST/GraphQL)
• An eye for polished, human-centered UX
• A bias to ship and comfort iterating quickly on a small team
• Bonus: experience bridging web and mobile (e.g., Ionic/Capacitor, which pair well with Angular), real-time chat/voice, app-store release ownership, consumer-health or healthcare experience
