About the Role

Their advanced AI tools, telehealth platform, and provider collaboration streamline care delivery, ensuring mothers receive high-quality, personalized care while connecting them to resources and actively addressing healthcare disparities.

You'll build and ship features across the stack, from idea to production, then keep pushing them forward based on real feedback. You won't just get a spec and a lane; you'll get a mission and the room to figure out how to hit it, moving across the codebase as the problem demands.

This role is for someone with a startup mentality, someone who does whatever it takes to exceed the roadmap, not just meet it. It's fast paced and high ownership. The right person doesn't just contribute to the mission, they become part of it, treating the company's goals as their own and pushing past what's asked.

Responsibilities

• Build features end to end across our Angular / NestJS / Postgres stack, covering frontend, backend, and APIs
• Take work from scoping through shipping, testing, and iterating on real feedback
• Pitch in across the codebase wherever the team needs it as a versatile generalist
• Write clean, maintainable, well tested code and help raise our engineering standards
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and the rest of engineering
• Build responsibly with sensitive health data (HIPAA aware)

Requirements

• Required of every role: our core stack (hands-on experience with Angular, NestJS, and Postgres, or the proven ability to ramp into them quickly). Whatever your specialty, you'll do regular full-stack work in this stack, not only your focus area
• Solid full-stack experience shipping production web applications end to end
• Strong software fundamentals, including clean code, testing, code review, and Git workflows
• A bias to ship and comfort with ambiguity on a small, fast-moving team
• A collaborative, ownership-driven mindset, happy to work across the stack and the product
• Bonus: early-stage startup experience, consumer or health product experience, exposure to AI/LLM features
