Our Team

VistaCreate is an intuitive graphic design platform that empowers anyone to create professional-quality content—no design experience required. Whether it's for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, or personal projects, VistaCreate combines an easy-to-use editor with a vast library of millions of templates, photos, videos, illustrations, fonts, and design assets to help bring ideas to life.

As part of the Vista family, our globally distributed team is passionate about making great design accessible to everyone. We collaborate across countries and time zones, embracing creativity, innovation, and a remote-first culture as we continue to grow our product and the community that uses it every day.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Organic Growth Manager, you own the organic acquisition strategy for VistaCreate and Depositphotos. You are responsible for turning company growth objectives into measurable organic acquisition results through technical SEO, content strategy, AI Search optimization, experimentation, and cross-functional execution.

You lead the SEO function, develop the team's capabilities, and build scalable systems that improve how customers discover our products across Google Search, AI search experiences, and emerging discovery channels. Success in this role is measured by sustainable growth in qualified organic traffic, conversions, and business impact.

Organic Growth Strategy & Leadership

  • Organic Growth Roadmap. Own the quarterly and annual organic growth roadmap aligned with company objectives and marketing priorities across VistaCreate and Depositphotos.

  • OKR Leadership. Translate company acquisition objectives into measurable SEO Key Results (KRs), prioritize initiatives based on business impact, and regularly communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership.

  • Strategic Prioritization. Build business cases for major SEO initiatives, balancing expected impact, engineering effort, and resource allocation to maximize ROI.

  • Competitive Intelligence. Continuously monitor competitors, industry trends, search behavior, and AI search developments to identify new growth opportunities and shape strategic direction.

  • Cross-functional Leadership. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Content, Analytics, Lifecycle Marketing, and Brand teams to embed organic growth considerations into product development and marketing initiatives.

Organic Growth Execution & Experimentation

  • Technical SEO Excellence. Own technical SEO across both products, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, rendering, structured data, international SEO, Core Web Vitals, and scalable technical improvements.

  • AI Search Optimization. Develop strategies that improve visibility across Google Search, AI Overviews, LLM-powered search experiences, and other emerging discovery channels through technical optimization, structured data, and multi-format content.

  • SEO Experimentation. Build an experimentation culture within the team by generating hypotheses, designing and running SEO A/B tests, measuring results, and scaling successful approaches across the business.

  • Scalable Content Strategy. Partner with Content and Product teams to develop scalable, search-driven content strategies that support both traditional search and AI-driven discovery.

  • Authority & Off-page Growth. Own scalable authority-building initiatives, including digital PR, strategic partnerships, outreach, guest posting, and other sustainable link acquisition programs.

Operational Excellence & Team Leadership

  • People Leadership. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing SEO team through hiring, performance management, career development, and continuous feedback.

  • AI-powered SEO Operations. Build scalable SEO operating systems by leveraging AI and automation to improve keyword research, clustering, technical audits, monitoring, reporting, documentation, and internal team workflows.

  • SEO Operations. Establish scalable planning, execution, reporting, and knowledge-sharing processes that enable the team to consistently deliver against quarterly priorities.

  • Performance Reporting. Own SEO forecasting, dashboards, and executive reporting, providing clear visibility into performance, business impact, opportunities, and risks.

  • Algorithm Resilience. Develop proactive monitoring and response frameworks for Google algorithm updates and evolving AI search ecosystems to minimize business risk and accelerate recovery.

Your Qualifications

At VistaPrint, we are striving to hire individuals that add new ideas and perspectives to our teams and enhance our culture. No matter your background or work experience, we strongly encourage you to apply—even if you feel that you don’t meet the exact requirements or have the same qualifications.
