What Youβll Be Doing
Generate new leads and business opportunities through prospecting, market research, networking, and outreach activities.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline within an assigned territory to achieve revenue targets.
Lead new business development initiatives and represent Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific at industry conferences, exhibitions, and professional events.
Prepare and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), develop business and technical proposals, and negotiate client contracts.
Build, maintain, and expand strategic relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify opportunities to increase client value through additional services, solutions, and operational improvements.
Maintain accurate client profiles and sales activities within the organization's contact management systems.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support business growth strategies.
Adhere to organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Support departmental objectives, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain industry, market, and technical knowledge.
What We Look For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Significant experience in business development, sales, account management, or commercial leadership within the clinical research, healthcare technology, medical imaging, or life sciences industry.
Proven success identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
Experience preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and negotiating commercial agreements.
Strong understanding of medical imaging services, clinical research solutions, or related healthcare technologies.
Excellent relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities within a defined territory.
Strong business acumen and ability to evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
Ability to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Based in or able to work from the United States.
