Our US Partner is one of the most highly regarded real estate and estate planning firms in New York City.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Transactional Real Estate Paralegal to join our team! If you are detail-oriented, organized, and have a passion for real estate law, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications:

  • Certified paralegal or at least 3 years of experience at a residential real estate law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of residential NYC real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, refinances, and leasing of co-ops, condos, single-familyhomes, and townhouses.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in all phases of residential real estate transactions.
  • Draft, review, and organize closing documents
  • Coordinate with attorneys, clients, lenders, brokers, and title companies to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Conduct title and lien reviews, addressing any issues as necessary.
  • Schedule and prepare for closings, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Handle post-closing tasks, including recording documents and preparing closing binders.
