Position Overview
Zuoix™ is seeking a detail-oriented, highly skilled Accountant and Bookkeeping Professional to manage our financial operations across subsidiary companies. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements
- Manage general ledger accounting and reconciliation processes
- Process accounts payable and receivable with precision
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for executive leadership
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Assist in annual audit preparations
- Maintain accurate tax documentation
- Monitor internal financial controls and procedures
- Support external auditor requests and inquiries
Technology and Systems
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
Qualifications:
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- 1-5 years of professional accounting experience
